Make good use of the tourism potential of the site. In addition to building the market, it also introduces shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, gyms and general offices, l making the construction of this project a regional urban value , improve the efficiency of land use, improve the surrounding living functions, create a diverse urban living environment, and become a new commercial landmark in the North District.
(2)a large area of open space and green
Responding to the environment surrounded by natural greenery throughout the ancient capital, a large area of green was left on the side of the main road on the ground floor to connect the space of Tainan City Park Green Ring Road by Ximen Road
Double rows of trees are planted along the green belt of the street The multi-level landscape design creates a good urban landscape and provides a rich space experience.
(3) echoing the characteristics of the regional landscape
The project base uses Ximen Road as the main road. In the planning, an entrance plaza that can be connected to the urban atmosphere will be created on the side of Ximen Road; on the west side of the base, an activity plaza with neighbors will be created in the corresponding regional Lide Park; Two plazas with different atmospheres are connected by a strip of green corridor on the south side of the site. It is hoped that a rich and diversified outdoor activity space can be created in the future, and the shared atmosphere and concept can be conveyed to the public.
New life in the old place, new life in the old station” The base of this case is Songshan Station, which has long been the main railway transportation hub of Taipei East District. On the north side of the base is Songshan Station. The famous Raohe Street Night Market and Ciyou Temple, south of the bustling Wufenpu District, so the separation of railways has become a constraint on the connection and development of the north and south regions. The railway and the station, the ground is transformed into a square and a park, and the area is reconnected. This project belongs to the second phase of the “Songshan Subway Station and Supporting Facilities Construction Project”. The main body of the building includes a station complex, a multi-functional building, and an air bridge connecting the two buildings.

It was developed to meet the entertainment and movie viewing needs of consumers in the Shulin Dist. In terms of design goals, it is hoped to get rid of the old regional commercial image of the forest area and integrate with the art and culture complex administrative building (planned land) on the north side of the base in a creative architectural form.

This case is located on the west side of the original Beihai Shipyard, close to the golden coastline of Qingdao city and the venue of the 2008 Olympic sailing competition, and the dock bay area to the south, which is the coastal commercial center.
The design goal of the project is a combination of restaurants, department stores and cinemas. It will become the first young comprehensive leisure shopping facility in the Gancheng station area, introducing diversified business types and young ethnic groups. The surrounding merchants will also take this case as the guide to promote business development and the improvement of the regional environment and image, create vitality, fascinate, and restore the former prosperity.
