Overview

“Whale in Love" is Taiwan’s largest water environmental protection installation art. It is designed by STUDIOKCA, hosted by New Horizons, and directed by the Kaohsiung City Government. The recycled plastic waste will be displayed in the form of humpback whales. It is naturally integrated into the Love River ecological landscape, allowing the public to continue to pay attention to the environment.

Love Whale uses about 26 tons of steel and 4960 kg of recycled plastic. The construction period is about 2 months to complete.
